People across the North West are invited by North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) to join a community conversation to share their views and experiences of the 999 emergency ambulance service, NHS 111 service and patient transport service (PTS).

During the event, you will hear how thousands of patients who need urgent and emergency care are helped every day and what to expect as the NHS heads into winter and beyond.
You will help NWAS to understand what’s important to people in your area by sharing your views and experiences in fun and interactive activities. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions to frontline staff and senior leaders.
After the event, NWAS will collect and analyse all of the experiences shared and produce a report that will help to improve care for people in your community.
Free lunch and refreshments will be provided for all guests.
