Our offices during the pandemic
Our offices are Covid-secure with risk assessments in place. Many of our colleagues who have been working from home have started returning to our offices.

From 02 August our offices opened to the public on an appointment only basis. This includes the Housing and Customer Hub based at Cavendish 249, where you can make an appointment to visit.

If you are a tenant living in Miles Platting, you can drop by Baker House without the need of booking an appointment.
 
Reporting anti-social behaviour (ASB)
We recognise the adverse impact anti-social behaviour and hate crime can have on our residents and their communities. Jigsaw Homes Group and its subsidiary landlords play a key role in preventing and tackling anti-social behaviour and hate crime in the areas where we own and manage homes.
 
Complaints
We are committed to providing an excellent service to our customers. However, we realise that things can occasionally go wrong.

If this happens to you or if you feel our service doesn’t meet your expectations, then we want you to let us know and we will always try to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
 
Contacting us out of hours
Our connect contact service is open to take calls Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm. We understand that these times are not convenient for everyone, or that something very urgent may occur when our daytime contact service is not available. To report a situation outside of our office hours that needs an emergency response, call our Connect number 0300 111 1133.
