Frightfully Fun Halloween

Residents donned their scariest outfits and enjoyed a range of spooktacular Halloween activities organised by Jigsaw’s Neighbourhood Engagement team.

At the Dukinfield Central Hub, more than 70 residents took part in pumpkin carving, arts and crafts, a witch hunt and spooky storytelling at the Halloween party.

In Moston, residents were invited on a guided walk and hunted for hidden pumpkins before returning to the Nephra centre and receiving a Halloween cake baking kit and activity pack.

A Halloween party was hosted In Netherfield, alongside pumpkin carving activities at the new Loco centre with around 100 children and adults dressing up in creepy costumes.

At the Newton Hub in Hyde, residents got stuck into Halloween arts and crafts activities and received refreshments, and ghoulish goody bags and also took part in a best dressed competition.

In Miles Platting, residents tucked into a hot meal at the Miles Platting Community Room and also took part in Halloween masks and autumn wreath crafts.

The Big Local in Stalybridge organised a haunting Halloween Trail over a three day period and handed out 140 Halloween goodie bags to those who took part.

In Chorley, residents joined in Halloween crafts at Buttermere Community Centre while a monster hunt was also organised around Byron Crescent and Longfield Avenue.
