- You are in receipt of Pension Credit (either Pension Guarantee Credit or Pension Savings Credit).
- You are finding it difficult to keep up with your current water bill payments.
- You are a resident based in the North West.
With United Utilities’ simple sign-up service, you can make the first steps towards a fresh new start on your water bill savings.
All you will need are details of your household income and expenditure along with your national insurance number. United Utilities can check if you are eligible for support.
