In January we wrote to Beech Housing Association Limited tenants and leaseholders to consult about the Board’s proposal to merge Beech with Adactus Housing Association Limited, now known as Jigsaw Homes North.
One tenant and four leaseholders responded to the consultation. Only two of the leaseholders who responded objected to the proposed merger.
At its meeting of 23 February 2021, the Board of Beech considered the comments and objections received. Having done so, the Board decided to proceed with the merger (legally known as ‘a transfer of engagements’) with Jigsaw Homes North.
The merger will take place at the end of June 2021.
Your rights as a tenant or leaseholder are not affected by this merger. When Jigsaw Homes North becomes your landlord:
- your tenancy or lease is not affected;
- your rent will not change;
- you will continue to receive services from us in the same way that you do now.
