A brand new development in the Worsley Mesnes area of Wigan has recently been granted planning permission, allowing Jigsaw Homes to deliver 42 new homes across a number of sites.
The houses will be available for affordable rent, rent to buy and shared ownership and will include two, three and four-bedroom properties. Each is designed to be energy efficient and has enhanced insulation to ensure low energy bills.
The area, known collectively as The Seasons, will be constructed by Keepmoat Homes and will also include green spaces and a shopping site for residents to enjoy.

By working in partnership with Keepmoat Homes and Wigan Council, we can deliver much-needed affordable housing to Wigan. Not only will these homes be energy efficient and cheaper for our residents to run but they will also help us to drive regeneration in the surrounding area.”
