We are pleased to let you know that today (30 June 2021), Aksa Housing Association Limited and Beech Housing Association Limited have merged (legally known as ‘a transfer of engagements’) with Jigsaw Homes North.
With Jigsaw Homes North becoming your landlord, your rights as a tenant or leaseholder are not affected.
- your tenancy or lease is not affected;
- your rent will not change. Any rent increase will be at the usual date detailed in your Tenancy Agreement and in line with Government guidelines.
- you will continue to receive services from us in the same way that you do now.
You will start noticing changes to the appearance of our communications materials including our letterheads and the signs outside any of our properties.
You can access our web services and information as usual, login or register to my.jigsawhomes.org.uk, gaining access to a dedicated online services account, and get in touch.
